HOW DO YOU PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders can be placed online or email us for customised orders. We are a Melbourne based company and deliver within Melbourne only. Our Dessert Jars, Marshmallows and Brownies can be delivered anywhere in Australia. 

Please note that our products are freshly baked for an order, keep in mind our minimum notice policy.  

MINIMUM NOTICE 

3 working days notice for Cupcakes & Brownies

7 working days notice for Cakes, Bakes & Dessert Jars.  

If ordering for sooner please contact us before ordering. 

* We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not comply with the above notice periods. 

* Please note for customised cakes or large events we get booked out well in advance, so we require at least 1 - 2 months prior notice. 

 

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO BOOK A CAKE?  

The date you require your order and the number of guests you are having at your event. These are two most vital pieces of information we need in order to provide you with a quote. 

A photo reference of what you are after is very helpful, the more information you provide us the better!

 

DO YOU DELIVER? 

Yes, we do! When you place your order online select delivery and input the address, our online system will automatically include the delivery charge for that postcode. If no price appears, we may not be able to deliver to that area but we will confirm that once you submit your order. 

 

IS PICK UP AVAILABLE? 

Yes, pick up is available from Ashburton, 3147

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Online Orders - Can be paid via Pay Pal or Credit Card. 

Custom Orders - Pay Pal or Bank Transfer

Please note for custom orders a deposit is requires to confirm and secure a booking. No order will be commenced until a deposit has been received. Full payment is required to be paid a minimum of 7 days prior to delivery or collection.  

 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOMISED ORDERS? 

Yes we definitely do! If you require a custom order for cupcakes, brownies, dessert jars, cakes or any of our other bakes please don't hesitate to give us a call or email us so that we can discuss your requirements and create something fantastic for you. 

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PICK UP MY CAKE AND IT GETS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT? 

Great care has been put in when preparing all our cakes and desserts. We recommend that cakes travel on the floor of the front passenger seat. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any damages to your order once the order has left our premises. 

 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE? 

At the moment we are home based and do not have a physical store. We are in the process of opening one soon! 

 

HOW CAN WE TASTE BEFORE WE PLACE AN ORDER? 

We have a tasting box which can be ordered on our website. If you have any more questions in regards to tasting, drop us an email!
